The whole workout, on the wrist.
CrossAdapt turns the day's programming into something Apple Watch can run (rounds, intervals, movements, prescribed loads), then records what you actually did and scores it properly. Follow a gym, or train on your own.

Your gym's programming, or your own
Follow the track your gym publishes, fetch the day from Beyond the Whiteboard or SugarWOD, or write a piece in the editor: sets, for time, AMRAP, EMOM, Tabata, death-by, intervals. Saved templates, the Girls, Heroes and Open, and a %1RM progression builder from your own records.
Today's version of the workout
Scale or substitute a movement, change a load in kg or lb, or rework the piece for today. An edit to a coach's piece is your own layer on top; theirs stays as written, and your calendar marks the days you changed.
The watch runs the piece
A clock anchored to monotonic time, rounds and splits, a rep counter, work and rest intervals, heart rate tagged with its round. Every tap is journaled before it is acknowledged, so a crash mid-workout resumes rather than salvages.
Distance measured, not counted
Runs, rucks, walks and hikes read GPS-fused distance against the prescription and move you on when the leg is covered. What you actually covered is recorded per leg.
A typed score
Time, cap with reps, rounds and reps, per-round splits, per-interval reps, load sets with a made or missed outcome. Rx, Rx+ and scaled, with the reason when scaled.
A Live Activity while you train
The clock on the iPhone's Lock Screen and Dynamic Island while the watch runs it. Mark a set done, go to the next movement, pause, or adjust reps and weight without opening the app.
Analytics and history
Volume, records and strength. Conditioning: heart-rate zones, one-minute recovery, drift, an erg power curve. Coverage of modality against time domain, and every benchmark you have repeated. Each result keeps its splits and heart rate.
Your gym in your pocket
Book classes and appointments, read the whiteboard, sign documents, see your membership and invoices, and hear about it when a class you're in is cancelled or a waitlist spot opens.
A result carries a typed score.
A time. A cap with reps. Rounds and reps. Per-round splits. Per-interval reps. Load sets with a made or missed outcome. Rx, Rx+ or scaled, with the reason. Then it goes where it belongs: your history, your gym's whiteboard, and Beyond the Whiteboard or SugarWOD if you keep your log there.
Your gym's day, already on your phone.
Follow the track your gym publishes. Book classes and appointments, read the whiteboard, sign documents, see invoices. The app is free with a membership at a CrossAdapt gym.
No gym? Program yourself.
Write pieces in the editor, schedule the Girls, Heroes and Open from the benchmark library, lay out a %1RM progression from your own records. Everything runs on the watch exactly as a coach's piece does. 30 days free, then $5.99/mo.
